Independent efficiency with private entrance can accommodate up to 2 people over 22 years old. The place has all the comforts to spend a wonderful stay! Private parking (one space). A private patio with fence is included. It is located in West Palm Beach 5 minutes away from Palm Beach State College, 8 minutes to the Downtown of Lake Worth and beaches, 10 minutes to the City Place (Downtown) with a variety of restaurants, stores and places to visit. The mall is 15 minutes away.
It is a small and comfortable private independent efficiency for up to 3 people with one room and one bathroom. It has a queen bed, a sofa twin bed, a small kitchen (without burner) but provided with all the essentials needed for a couple, family or friends. The property is fully fenced with a private gate, and plenty of parking for one car (not for boat, bike, commercial truck or large recreational vehicle (RB)). You will enjoy having your own space. Also, you can enjoy your time relaxing or entertain on the outdoor patio with outdoor chairs, cocktail table and roof.
Check in at 3:00 pm. The access gate is on the left side of the house. Also, the parking lot. The gate has a hook, you can unlock it easy and lock it when you are in the property. The time for checkout is at 11:00 am.
Independent entrance, NO need to see or have personal contact the host. A code will be provided to access the efficiency. Also, if you have any issue during the checking or stay don’t hesitate to call or text the host.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Also, it is a family friendly place for relax, refresh and renew. DO NOT GET CONFUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT A MOTEL. The property is monitored outside by cameras. It has security alarm, impact door and window. You will feel welcome and safe!
Pick up service and deliveries. International West Palm Beach is about 8 minutes away. Easy public transportation or if you prefer walk there are stores around as Walmart, Ross, Publix, CVS, Walgreens and more.
A fully detail policies with pics to access to property will be send the day you arrive. Also, NOT FEE FOR CLEANING SERVICE is charged if you stay for 2 nights or more and you keep and leave the place clean and organized. For example, not garbage inside the Arbnb, not towels on the floor, not lights ON. Otherwise a fee of 50$ will be charged.
Guests who wants the property for ONE NIGHT have a charge of 50$ cleaning service fee automatically at the time of the booking.
