Bedroom: A cozy room with a comfortable full-size bed and a Roku TV for your streaming entertainment.

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire guest house area and the adjoining private patio / fenced in area.

One car may be parked in the driveway at any time.
Street parking is unrestricted on weekends.
* On weekdays (Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm), street parking is limited to a two-hour maximum.

The main house on the property is a separate residence and may occasionally be occupied by other guests. Your guest house and patio remain completely private for your exclusive use.

There is no washer and dryer in the unit. A laundromat is conveniently located nearby for your laundry needs.
