This is a 3 Bedroom & 1/5 Bathroom single story house of 1500 sq ft of under A/C living space, private and fenced backyard, and beautiful patio at the back. No pool.
The chef's kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all the other small appliances, utensils, and cookware you will need. Any special requests for any specific small appliances can usually be met.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a good-sized closet. In addition to the king-sized bed, there is a smart tv and vanity area.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet & dresser. 3rd bedroom has a pull-out couch and Large smart TV
Master Bath, has a vanity with sink, tub/shower, and toilet.
A 1/5 bath has a vanity and a toilet is located in the hallway next to the 3rd bedroom.
The chef's kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open plan. . The living room has a flat-screen smart tv, sectional couch, and accent chairs. Comcast full cable package and Wi-Fi is included.
The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. Full-sized ironing board, iron, and laundry supplies which should be enough for a week. Plenty of towels and extra linens will be available in the master bathroom. The private backyard has plenty of lawn area for your pets or kids to enjoy. The backyard has a seating and lounge area and a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week.
However, if you do want to get out and explore, entertainment is only steps away. You can walk to the waterway, the bakery with a great coffee is located close by, 5 min drive to Civil Society Brewing Co and a handful of 4 / 5-star restaurants in a variety of cuisines (e.g., The Meat Market, The Sant Ambroeus, Honor Bar, Grato). At the beach, you can enjoy a multitude of water activities or just relax and enjoy the view. Plus, it’s only a short drive to the amazing Breaker's Hotel and any number of additional sites & scenes.

We are a dog-friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple-month stays, and if you are traveling with cats.
We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: The guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
