Filled with art, antiques and collected treasures from around the world, this private hideaway is 3.7 miles from PBI, 2.5 miles from the nearest beach, 2 blocks from a stroll along the intercoastal, and steps away from a deliciously private backyard with heated saltwater pool. This attractive 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is situated on a large lush lot with privacy hedge for enjoying the pool, outdoor shower and covered patio.

The space
The main house has two bedrooms (one King and one Queen) with a bathroom in-between, as well as a cabana (1/2) bath off the kitchen. The quiet secluded garden is home to "The Shed" which has an antique 4-poster full bed as well as a sink and toilet (and WIFI and Roku TV) inside the room. A completely private outdoor shower is just steps off the covered patio of the Shed. A note about the Shed - it is not for the portly, or the insanely tall, and though the full bed can accommodate two, the room itself is better suited to one guest.

The back patio is a place of pure peace and tranquility, especially in the rain, and there is a gas grill available for sunny day barbecues. Your booking comes with fresh floral arrangements and orchids for the house and outdoor living room. There is fresh organic seasonal fruit from a nearby fruit market in the fruit bowl on the kitchen counter. The bar is stocked with ingredients for the house cocktail (instructions in the House Manual) and the fridge is stocked with condiments and essentials (because I always feel it's a wasteful expense to stock a fridge with stuff you'll never use again - but if you want the fridge empty, just say the word.) The small, but mightily efficient kitchen has a gas range and is fully stocked with every imaginable amenity and appliance, including Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother and coffee pods. Amenities abound. The mattresses are plush and the high thread-count sheets are freshly pressed for your stay. Having lived and traveled all over the world and stayed in many luxury resorts, I try to recreate those experiences for you here in every way possible, within the confines of this small jewel box. It is a playground for adults, not suited for toddlers, or anyone needing a crib. And please know that, while the house can accommodate 6, it is really best suited to 5 or less.

Though we are 1.5 miles from the Southern bridge to Palm Beach and all of its offerings (beaches, restaurants, shopping, people-watching), you will not want to leave this lush hideaway.

My sweet outdoor kitty, Simba lives on the property and will require that his food bowl be topped up with kibble (provided under the kitchen sink). He is docile and vaccinated, dog-curious and beloved by much of the neighborhood. He comes periodically throughout the day for a nibble, but otherwise is not around much and very low maintenance.

TENANT agrees to hold LANDLORD harmless for accidents, pool related accidents, drowning and/or bodily harm/personal injuries.

TENANT accepts full responsibility for self and anyone on the premises and agrees that usage, occupation of home and swimming is conducted at own risk.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and outdoor sanctuary, and it is exclusively yours during your stay - Though you may bump into the gardener on Thursday mornings, and Max, the delightful French chap who services the pool on Mondays.

We are in the South End of West Palm, in an area called SoSo, equidistant to the Southern Bridge and the bridge in Lake Worth for access to public beaches, and close to shopping and the many good restaurants along Dixie and downtown WPB. The house manual has a very detailed account of area restaurants and local sights.
