The home is on a 1/2 acre property with plenty of space to entertain. Relax with dinner out in the orchid garden under twinkle lights. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare homemade meals for the whole family. Sleeps 7 comfortably! If you need more space, the whole compound can be rented.
The space
This large Spanish style 1920s home is located on a large private estate. It is completely renovated, with all new fixtures and granite counter tops. Equipped with a half bath downstairs, full bath upstairs, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms, the house has everything you need to feel right at home in a peaceful environment. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. This main house is a private building on part of the larger property. Separating the buildings are gorgeous courtyards for enjoying the wonderful weather and taking in the sound of peaceful bubbling water coming from the large fountain.
Guest access
You will have full private access to the Main House.
The property has 2 units which means there are common areas which include the following.
Courtyard - Large paved area with 10' custom cedar picnic table and fountain.
Laundry Room - Off the courtyard there is a separate small building that houses a washing machine and 2 dryers as well as an iron and ironing board and other cleaning supplies. The locked cabinets are NOT for guest use. Please do not take more cleaning supplies than you need for during your stay. Excess removal of cleaning/laundry supplies without permission will result in a charge for those items.
Orchid Garden - Between the Studio and the Main House, a shaded area with plants and a second 10' custom cedar picnic table.
Parking - You may park on the concrete driveway or on the artificial turf. Do not park on the brick pavers or there will be a charge of $20.00 per broken brick as noted in the "other things to note" section of this listing.

Refundable $500.00 deposit required after confirmed booking. A link will be sent to you through Airbnb which needs to be paid within 24 hours of confirmed booking. Refunds will be sent through Airbnb after checkout inspection. Any damages will be deducted from this refund with explanation. Damages exceeding $500.00 will be handled through Airbnb.
NO PARTIES. This unit is for the guest/s who book the Main House only. Any evidence of more than the allowed number of guests (9 total) without written permission will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and no refunds will be given.
We comply with state/local guidelines and executive orders. Failure of the guests to follow executive orders, state/local guidelines in any respect that results in a fine or other penalty will result in the guest becoming responsible for not only their fines, but also the fines/penalties incurred by the property/owners in full which may include reasonable attorney's fees.
Failure to observe house rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds given. Please reference rules section and if there is a doubt as to whether something is allowed please ask BEFORE moving forward.
Ruined towels will incur a charge of $20.00 per towel. Ruined means we have attempted to wash/clean the towel and stains remain and the towel must be replaced. All units/towels are inspected prior to and after each guest.
No fireworks, flammables or other potentially hazardous items/party favors are allowed. No confetti or similar party favors allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $200.00 additional fee on top of the reservation.
This unit is part of a larger property and has shared space. Because of health and safety concerns due to the shared space and potential interaction with other guests we reserve the right to deny service animals. Allergies, other health concerns and the safety of our guests factor into this decision.
We regret to inform you we can not accept dogs on the property due to allergies.
