1. 🅿️ Your home has 2 available parking spaces located in driveway. Also, you are free to park as many vehicles as you need on the street. Please obey all street signage.

2. 🚬We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment both inside the property and outside of the building including the driveway, we strictly enforce a NO SMOKING policy. 🚭 We regret to inform you that smokers are not permitted on the premises. 🙅‍♀️ Failure to comply with this policy may result in you being asked to leave the property immediately and fined. Property damage, stains, or lingering odors caused by smoking within the property will be subject to financial penalties. Your understanding and compliance with this policy are greatly appreciated. We hope to provide a comfortable stay for all guests. Additionally, the use of drugs and hosting parties are strictly prohibited. 🚫 Your adherence to these guidelines ensures a pleasant and respectful atmosphere for all guests.

For the duration of your stay, we kindly ask that you replenish these items as needed.
