One bedroom features a king bed, the other a queen—both with plush mattresses, fresh linens, and ample closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and opens onto the living room through the bar. In the living room you will find a 42 inch Smart TV, velvet couch, and an armchair. Bathroom features a walk-in shower with toiletries included.
Step outside to enjoy the spacious, fenced backyard—with two outdoor dining tables, sun loungers, and a birdhouse that attracts local birds. After a day of exploring, it is the perfect retreat. Driveway parking available.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home, front patio, and fenced-in backyard. The only shared space is the driveway. The right side of the driveway is reserved for you. My neighbor uses the left side of the driveway and enters through the gate on the left side of the property. They DO NOT have to access to the house, the front patio, or the backyard. Your space is fully private.

POTENTIAL FOR NOISE
Guests can expect airplane noise during their stay. Palm Beach International Airport is nearby our home. It is not a major airport but it is on the flight path. Guests can enjoy watching the planes fly over the backyard, but if you are especially sensitive to sound, please keep this in mind before booking.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS
Boats and RVs are not permitted to park on the property. Do not park cars on the grass.
PRIVATE STORAGE ROOM
The door marked "Private" in the house is our storage room, used only for cleaning supplies and personal items. It is accessible only from inside the house. During your stay it is locked and only accessed by the cleaner after your stay. Your space is fully private.
NO LAUNDRY
Please note that there is no washer or dryer available for guest to use on the property.
