Guest access
You will have the entire guest home and it's fenced in yard to yourself. The main house and main house yard is not to be accessed by guests.

Other things to note
The neighborhood is a quiet, family friendly area. We appreciate quiet guests and so do our neighbors. This is not a party venue. It is a BEAUTIFUL, historic neighborhood close to all things FUN here in West Palm Beach! That being said, please understand that on occasion neighbors have gatherings with friends and family and outside noise is out of my control. This is not often by any means; however, just a disclaimer that neighborhood noise could present itself.

We have two rescue dogs that enjoy running around the backyard of the main house....just an FYI. They are very friendly rescue dogs!

Southland Park is a historic West Palm Beach neighborhood that extends from the Intracoastal Waterway west two blocks to Dixie Highway. The Lemondrop Villa is just one block from the Intracoastal Waterway. Some great features are the views of beautiful historic homes along the amazing Instracoastal Waterway. Enjoy a stroll along the Waterway at sunset. We are just steps from Antique Row - spend an afternoon antiquing. Explore downtown West Palm Beach where you will find shops and restaurants galore. Visit the Downtown Waterfront where you'll find super yachts docked year round, you can book a sunset cruise on the Hakuna Matata catamaran, rent jet skis to zip around the Intracoastal or simply sit along the waterway and watch the sunsets. There is no shortage of action and entertainment in and around downtown West Palm Beach - which we are right in the heart of. There is no better place to live!

The Lemondrop Villa is convenient to many surrounding cities, as well. As the Villa is close to Southern Blvd., which provides a straight route directly west to Wellington. Wellington is home to the International Polo Club and the Winter Equestrian Festival. We have many guests book the Villa to have the best of both worlds...Wellington's equestrian activities and West Palm Beach/Palm Beach's night life, water activities, museums, beaches and more. The drive time to Wellington from the Villa is about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

The Lemondrop Villa is also conveniently located just a few minutes from Interstate 95, which takes you North to Jupiter (a 15 minute drive), South to Delray Beach (a 15 minute drive) or Fort Lauderdale (a 40 minute drive) or Miami (a 60 minute drive).
