Sleeps ten. Walkable to dining and design shops. Ten minutes to Palm Beach Island, ten to the beach, zero compromises on style.
Designer-styled with a retro-modern hand — clean lines, soft glamour, the custom Marilyn wallpaper that anchors the dining room, and the kind of details guests tend to put in their IG stories.
LAYOUT
Bedrooms on the east side; an open kitchen, dining, and second living room on the west — built for groups, calm enough for two.

KITCHEN & DINING
Chef-equipped, stocked for ten — full-size appliances, real cookware, glassware, and a coffee setup that earns its rent. The dining room seats everyone, with the Marilyn wallpaper as the centerpiece.
LIVING
Two living rooms: a smaller, plush front living room you walk straight into, and a rear gathering space with a 65" TV and a deep sectional — the room where the post-dinner conversation actually happens. Powder room and in-home laundry off the kitchen.
OUTDOORS
A mature mango tree shades a six-top outdoor dining table. String lights, lawn games, and a quiet residential block. The detached bonus room doubles as a home gym (free weights, yoga mats, resistance bands) and a quiet escape pod. Brand-new double-pane windows keep the inside hushed.
One last thing: I styled this home around how I actually like to travel. The little welcome touches you'll find inside are not staging — they're how I'd want to be greeted at a place I just paid to stay in.
You'll have full private access to the entire property — the main house with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the detached bonus room with the home gym, the fenced backyard, and the patio. No shared spaces, no other guests on the property.
The only off-limits area is the "Owner's Closet," which is clearly marked and kept locked.
I won't be on-site, but I'm one message away — usually back within an hour. After you book, I'll send a curated guide with the restaurants, shops, and weekend plans I actually use myself. There's also a welcome book in the house with everything else.
