Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless arrangements are made beforehand. We request that outside noise levels remain minimal after 11 p.m. on weeknights and midnight on weekends for the comfort of our neighbors. If more than 2 vehicles will be parked at the house let us know ahead of time. Absolutely NO parties are allowed on the property.

Close to everything but a little haven with several unique outdoor spaces. We are directly across the street from a park with a playground, basketball and tennis courts and a softball field. This is a vibrant neighborhood that is safe and kids and parents will love the proximity to the extra play area. We are minutes from the zoo and lots of restaurants are close by. A grocery store is around the corner from our neighborhood.

Located in downtown WPB in within minutes to the Convention Center, Palm Beach International Airport, beaches, the intracoastal, and shopping (Outlets and Antique Row).
