The cottage is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 ensuite bathroom home, located in the heart of the city of west palm beach. The backyard is tropical and relaxing with an outdoor swing under the wooden pergola, dining area and outdoor day bed. BBQ grill, there are 2 bikes to use to bike to the intercostal waterway or antique row.

Nice and quiet family neighborhood right off Dixie Hwy which has many restaurants, take out and Carvel ice cream. Dixie Hwy also has great shopping including home, antiques, consignment, garden, outdoor and more! There is a Publix in the neighborhood about 6 blocks north and two gourmet grocery stores, Bedner's and Josephs within 2 miles. Palm Beach Island and the intracoastal is 5 blocks east.
There are sidewalks in the neighborhood. We offer two bikes. There are 3 restaurants within 1 mile. You can easily access Uber and Lyft or drive to any location.
The house is located close to grocery stores pharmacy and plenty of shops and restaurants, Minutes to downtown!
