The neighborhood is awesome. Quiet cul de sac location with closeness to downtown and the beaches. Can’t beat this!!!
Bike is offered but nearby restaurants walking distance are great and many new coming. Publix supermarket, Phips park, intracostal walk !! The Airbnb is in the mainland but well east right by the intracoastal. What we call Palm Beach is an island where the beaches are and the beautiful mansions so there is NO direct access to the beach but so close it is an adventure to drive to get there!!!
