Bondi Villas is pleased to present our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath haven. Bondi 312 includes a central location, private driveway, beautiful front porch & back patio and a cute & relaxing interior. The home is located in one of West Palm's best areas, the SoSo and El Cid district is where you want to be! A spot that's perfect for having SO many options nearby to enjoy during the day and night.

THE SPACE
Guests will enjoy this entire home to themselves! To ensure easy check-in, all of our units are equipped with smart locks giving each guest access by entering unique reservation pin codes. For safety reasons, we do not provide detailed entry instructions until the day before your check-in.

Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city.

A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property. A minimum fee of $500 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We have pest control spray our properties on a regular basis to prevent bugs and cockroaches as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we can not guarantee that bug of any sort won't randomly appear. If they do, please let us know right and we will address the issue immediately.

HURRICANE SEASON: June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.

*Please note that there is a separate guest house in the back of the lot, it is typically unoccupied as the owners travel full-time for work. In the rare event that they return for a brief stay, the guest house may be occupied, but rest assured, your privacy is our priority and they will not intrude or disturb during your visit.

Guest access
This property is a smart house equipped with a smart lock. Guests can access the space with no contact check-in and will be provided a unique front door code that only they will have during the length of the stay.

*If excessive cleaning is required to prepare the property for the next guests due to unapproved events such as parties, unapproved pets, or other cases, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be applied.
