This cozy suite is tucked at the back of main villa, with its own private entrance. Look for the door marked with the letter “C”.
What to Expect:
- This is a boutique-hotel style property with shared outdoor space and just three small suites. Guests tend to be quiet and respectful of others on the property.
- Your host, yours truly, lives in the front villa and is available for issues, questions or emergencies. If I see you I like to say hi; and but will allow you to enjoy your holiday under my "live and let live" policy :)
In-Suite Amenities include:
- shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner

- steam iron
- stocked kitchen with: coffee, sugar, creamer (pour over style or brew coffee); mini conventional toaster oven; George Foreman style electric indoor grill/sandwich maker; microwave; full size refrigerator

This is an older, charming neighborhood that’s incredibly safe (no crime here!). The location is unbeatable—less than a mile from the Intracoastal and the Mar-a-Lago bridge to Palm Beach Island.

Important Notes for a Great Stay:
- Parking: Street parking only (plenty of space right out front).
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 6 AM.
- Pets allowed on case-by-case basis
Guest access
You'll have full access to the private mother-in-law suite, complete with its own entrance at the back of the driveway (look for the door marked “C”). Inside, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living space, and a private bathroom—all yours to use throughout your stay.
In addition to your suite, guests are welcome to enjoy these shared amenities on the property:
- BBQ grill and outdoor patio table 🍗
- 5 beach cruisers for exploring 🚲
- 2 inflatable paddleboards for water adventures 🚣
- Beach essentials: chairs, cooler, and umbrella 🏖️
- Tesla charger (available upon advanced request and approval) 🔌
While other guests may be staying in the nearby suites, the property remains quiet and respectful for everyone. Street parking is conveniently available right in front of the property.

RE: cancellations:
I am understanding of the need to cancel when plans change or life happens. Regardless of my cancellation policy shown on Airbnb, I offer a refund when the dates you've booked are re-booked by someone else. If your plans change, the best thing to do is cancel right away through Airbnb so the dates are open for others to book. As soon as I get another booking, I send the request to Airbnb for your full refund. ☺️
