The space
This comfortable and warmly decorated guest cottage is located in the heart of the Poinciana Park Neighborhood, just two miles from West Palm Beach City Center. It boasts an excellent east- side location! Conveniently situated near PBI Airport, the Port of Palm Beach, and the Convention Center, it is only a 5- 10 minute drive to the Flagler Waterfront, beautiful beaches, CityPlace, Clematis Street, Palm Beach Outlet Shopping Mall, Antique Row, and numerous local restaurants and bars, including the Norton Art Museum & Sculpture Gardens, Palm Beach Zoo, Science Center, and various other enjoyable activities.

The cottage is perfect for one to two people and features comfortable amenities, a private entrance, and approximately 500 spacious square feet. With abundant natural and artificial light, it offers a fully furnished, large one-bedroom suite with a King Nectar bed and cozy sheets, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with tiled floors and ceiling fans. French doors open to a private patio area.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig-style coffee maker, toaster oven, tea kettle, complete dinnerware set, and most common pots, pans, bowls, and utensils.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with flat—screen Smart TVs featuring YouTube TV, Fire Stick, Prime Video, Apple TV, and Netflix. Many guests have successfully worked from the cottage using Wi-Fi, and a small desk and a lamp provide bright overhead lighting.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, healthy, non-smoking environment.

Guest access
Guest Access Guests have full access to the Cottage patio and the front yard patio, which features a hammock. Free parking in the driveway is reserved for our guests.

We recommend walking, using UBER, or LYFT for getting around the neighborhood.

Other things to note
Additional Information: The Cottage is situated near downtown West Palm Beach, so sounds from trains, planes, cars, and fire engines are usually manageable. You may also hear outdoor music (which some people genuinely enjoy), neighborhood fireworks, and regular weekend construction activities. Storm windows have been installed to help reduce noise.

I have received just one complaint about a singer, and when I requested a lower volume at 10:30 p.m., it ceased. The city noise ordinance establishes quiet hours in the neighborhood from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Generally, we refrain from filing complaints, though there are occasions when I do. I hope this helps you better understand the area.

Many of the two-story Spanish Mediterranean homes were built in the 1920's and then in the 1950s, builders constructed single-family three-bedroom homes in the neighborhood.

We are located on the East side of I-95 making it awesomely convenient to downtown, the ocean, zoo, science museum, art museum, sculpture gardens, Mounts Botanical, etc.
