Elegant 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is located one block from the scenic intracoastal waterway. Perfect location for a family.
My goal is to make your stay a Five Star experience. The house is newly renovated with stylish decor, all new furniture, luxury new bed linen and toiletries. We are the cleanest bnb in Palm Beach!!!!.
The house is centrally located: groceries and restaurants are walking distance, Lake Worth Beach and downtown West Palm
The house is newly renovated, clean, and furnished with all new furniture and mattresses. Living room holds a big seating area. Another seating area with outdoor furniture is on the back yard. The back patio is nicely landscaped and fenced to provide complete privacy while you lounge under mature palm trees.
Split floor plan of the house, with huge master suite (queen bed), and second double bedroom (queen bed), gives maximum privacy.
New ALL white bed linen and crispy white towels are a must!!
There are new washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, air purifier.
The bathroom is a generous size and finished with natural stone. There is a bath tub shower.
There is a full kitchen equipped with all necessities to cook meals at home. We provide stove, oven, microwave, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee machine, full sized fridge. We also provide, dishes, bowls, glasses, serving platters, mugs, wine glasses a set of pots and pans and utensils.
For guests traveling with small children we have crib, baby mattress and potty upon request. Also house equipped with outlet covers.
Guests have unlimited access to high speed wifi internet and 55" 4K TV with free Netflix access, Apple tv, Amazon prime and Hulu access to your account.
We provide beach towels, iron and hair dryer, board games and extra blankets for movie nights.
If you bring a car, we have one guaranteed space for your vehicle on the premises, as well as unlimited street parking.
I live locally and just a phone call away if you need something during your stay.
The house is located a block away from the intercostal Flagger Drive. Wake up and take a walk or a jog on the intracoastal and catch a sunrise.
Families with kids will enjoy extensive playground at South Olive park, which is located 1 block away due West. There are splash, play ground for infants, one more playground for active toddlers , basketball court, soccer ground and bicycle run.
For active adults there are public tennis courts- South Olive Tennise
Palm Beach best public beaches located 5 min away. These are Lake Worth beach and Phipps Ocean Park.

The property is 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, and 5 minutes from downtown Lake Worth. Both downtowns have a lovely scene, with street festivals, live music, and fabulous food. If you're more of a leisurely person, both cities offer a magnificent theater and public golf course, just blocks away. The property is located 10 min from Palm Beach International Airport, an 40 min from Fort Lauderdale Airport, and 1 hour from Miami International Airport.
Groceries and restaurants are walking distance.
West Palm Beach airport is 10 min drive by car.
You can easily access MIAMI and Fort Lauderdale airport by Tri-rail. Lake Worth station is within a few miles of the house.
For a night out in West Palm or Lake Worth downtown Uber would be an ideal choice.
