Just across the way, attached by a covered walkway and a gorgeous orchid garden is a 1200 sq/ft studio space with it’s own separate entrance. The studio is bright and spacious with 15’ ceilings and a welcoming open layout perfect for entertaining. Across the beautiful courtyard sits another structure that houses two 1 bedroom units with full baths (no kitchens). Each with their own private entrance and appointed with as many amenities as their larger counterparts. All high high speed business class internet. You will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the Florida weather with this unique property sitting on 1/2 an acre. Guest will have access to the entire property and the separate Laundry Room located just behind the studio which has a washers and 2 dryers for your convenience. All with their own private entrances and keyless entry. The courtyard includes a lovely fountain and ample space to entertain. The driveway can easily accommodate 4 or 5 cars and the expansive yard offers plenty of space to spread out.
