Guests will enjoy a 4 bedroom main house, spacious and open 1200 sq/ft studio with 15 foot ceilings, and 2 - 1 bedroom apartments (no kitchens in these 2) all situated on a half acre property close to everything West Palm Beach has to offer. This property really has it all for your family vacations.
The space
The main house is a lovely 4 bedroom - 1.5 Bath. Just across the way, attached by a covered walkway and a gorgeous orchid garden is a 1200 sq/ft studio space with it’s own separate entrance. The studio is bright and spacious with 15’ ceilings and a welcoming open layout perfect for entertaining. Across the beautiful courtyard sits another structure that houses two 1 bedroom units with full baths (no kitchens). Each with their own private entrance and appointed with as many amenities as their larger counterparts. All high high speed business class internet. You will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the Florida weather with this unique property sitting on 1/2 an acre.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property and the separate Laundry Room located just behind the studio which has a washers and 2 dryers for your convenience. All with their own private entrances and keyless entry.
The courtyard includes a lovely fountain and ample space to entertain.
The driveway can easily accommodate 4 or 5 cars and the expansive yard offers plenty of space to spread out.

Government ID required at time of booking. To be sent through Airbnb chat. ID cannot be marked up, redacted or modified from original.
Refundable $500.00 deposit required after confirmed booking. A link will be sent to you through Airbnb which needs to be paid within 24 hours of confirmed booking. Refunds will be sent through Airbnb after checkout inspection. Any damages will be deducted from this refund with explanation. Damages exceeding $500.00 will be handled through Airbnb.
NO PARTIES. This unit is for the guest/s who book the Full Property only. Any evidence of more than the allowed number of guests (17 total) without written permission will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and no refunds will be given.
We comply with state/local guidelines and executive orders. Failure of the guests to follow executive orders, state/local guidelines in any respect that results in a fine or other penalty will result in the guest becoming responsible for not only their fines, but also the fines/penalties incurred by the property/owners in full which may include reasonable attorney's fees.
Failure to observe house rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds given. Please reference rules section and if there is a doubt as to whether something is allowed please ask BEFORE moving forward.
Ruined towels will incur a charge of $20.00 per towel. Ruined means we have attempted to wash/clean the towel and stains remain and the towel must be replaced. All units/towels are inspected prior to and after each guest.
No fireworks, flammables or other potentially hazardous items/party favors are allowed. No confetti or similar party favors allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $200.00 additional fee on top of the reservation.
We regret to inform you we can not accept dogs on the property due to allergies.

A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
