Relax in our spacious and comfortable private room, on the second floor of our large house. The room is centrally located and near the water in downtown West Palm Beach. Start your day with a jog by the water or walk to nearby top-notch restaurants. Our private room is super close to the lovely intracoastal, perfect for catching beautiful sunsets.

You'll find a tidy and comfy space in a large house shared with other Airbnb guests.

Other things to note
I am renting the extra rooms in my house. When I am in town, you will be sharing the house with me and my wife, and possibly another guest if it gets booked. The house is spacious and cleaned every day.

There is no smoking allowed on the property and no loitering on the front porch. We put these rules in place to be mindful of everyone, including the neighbors, and so you can have a comfortable stay.

Check in is at 3 PM the day of your reservation and not the night before. If you have any questions about this please contact me in the chat.

There is free street parking on our street as well as the streets over. Please do not use the driveway since that is reserved for the neighbors.
