Our private room is on the second floor of our house and very close to the pretty intracoastal, where you can watch beautiful sunsets and stroll by the water. Expect a clean, spacious room prepared just for you. The house it’s shared with other guest from the other private rooms. I'm always available on the chat to make sure you have a comfy stay.

Guest access
As a guest you will have access to your private room upon the check-in time at 3PM as well as any shared spaces. This includes the bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. The bathrooms are equipped with essentials such as fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer if needed.
The shared common spaces are decorated with modern and stylish furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen is available for you to prepare meals and snacks, and the comfortable living room and dining area are perfect for relaxing and socializing.
We ask that you please respect the common spaces. Keep the noise level down, especially at night, and clean up after yourself when using the kitchen, bathrooms, or any other common space.
Additionally, take advantage of the house's excellent location. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, our home is just a short walk away from local restaurants, shops, parks, and the intracoastal which is a nice relaxing walk by the water during sunset. It is a short drive from PBI airport and it's the perfect location for exploring the city, with easy access to fun activities and major highways.

If I am in town, I'll be home to welcome you, or I can send you instructions for self check in. I'm available for anything you may need in the Airbnb chat. (Please not you also will be sharing the house with other airbnb guests from the other room.)

I am renting the extra rooms in my house. When I am in town, you will be sharing the house with me and my wife, and possibly another guest if it gets booked. The house is spacious and cleaned every day.
There is no smoking allowed on the property and no loitering on the front porch. We put these rules in place to be mindful of everyone, including the neighbors, and so you can have a comfortable stay.
Check in is at 3 PM the day of your reservation and not the night before. If you have any questions about this please contact me in the chat.
There is free street parking on our street as well as the streets over. Please do not use the driveway since that is reserved for the neighbors.
