The living room features a 2-person couch, a hanging chair, a 40'' Smart TV, and coffee tables. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and comes fully stocked with a 4 range induction stove top, an oven, a 2-door fridge with a freezer, and a microwave. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a new 10'' hybrid mattress, nightstands, a 40'' Smart TV, a dresser, a working desk and chair, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower only and a vanity with storage space. There is a shared and free of charge laundry room. For outdoor space, there is a patio with a lawn area and 2 lounge chairs, hanging chairs in the covered porch, and a dining table that can seat 4 people.
The property features two separate apartments - one situated at the front and the other at the back. This listing pertains to the back apartment, which includes exclusive access to a charming outdoor patio complete with a lawn and lounge chairs for your relaxation (front apartment guests have their own designated outdoor area).
Please note that there is no driveway or garage parking provided for the back apartment. However, you can take advantage of free street parking, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The driveway parking is exclusively for the front unit, so refrain from parking there as vehicles will be towed.
To reach your apartment and private patio, you'll need to traverse a communal outdoor path and pass through a gate.
For your convenience, a shared laundry room with two complimentary stackable units is available for use by both apartments.

This area was built up in the 1940s/1950s and features all types of homes from Spanish, mediterranean, mid century modern and ultra modern. It is a very short walk to the intracoastal and a scenic walk along Flagler Drive. Downtown West Palm Beach (Clematis nightlife, City Place and Rosemary Square) is only about a 6-7 minute drive and Palm Beach Island is only about a 5-6 minute drive.
I recommend coming with your own car, but I had several guests who came without a vehicle and had a blast!
