Nestled on a shaded park, cottage is separate from main home w/ private entrance & ample street parking.
One block from intracoastal, close to Antique Row, downtown, Norton Museum & more.

This is a private cottage detached from our main home, with in-unit washer/dryer, mini fridge, microwave and many other comforts of home.
A fully private entrance via a lit, paved path brings you to the quiet, peaceful bungalow.
Back porch/yard is shared with us, though we don't use it much.
Wind chimes are likely to be the loudest thing you hear during your stay.
Plantation shutters on all of the doors and windows allow for whatever level of privacy you desire.
The bed is a comfy queen size BeautyRest mattress, which can be stored vertically into the cabinetry (a la murphy bed) to allow for more space.
The cottage offers plenty of storage space in both cabinetry/drawers and hanging closet space, plus a desk for working and cozy window nook for reading.

Tucked in the highly desirable neighborhood of Southland Park/El Cid, you're just over a block from the intracoastal and less than 2 miles from the beach.
We've set you up with beach chairs and towels, so no need to pack those!
The house is directly across from a shaded park that's never crowded.
Close to shopping on Antique Row plus dining favorites, we'll share all our local pointers when you book with us!
Free street parking is always available.
