From the first step into the home, you are greeted with a warm, rustic Farmhouse Palm Beach feel!
The Living Room
The Living Room is cozy and intimate with new grey vinyl flooring and cute décor with splashes of green hues, tropical plants, gold and rich wooden furniture and decorative pieces. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room for 2 more guests.
The Dining Room
The Dining table is just off the kitchen for easy service. It is a rectangular wooden table that seats 6 with lovely woven basket wall décor and a unique palm leaf crystal chandelier above the table. The dining area has direct access to the outdoors with a further 4 seated outdoor dining areas.
The Kitchen
The Kitchen is modern and newly upgraded and a pleasure to cook in. It has everything you need to create an amazing home-cooked meal for family or friends. There are stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, a microwave, a blender, drip coffee and espresso coffee makers (we supply coffee & sugar) and everything else you need!
The Bedrooms
The Primary Bedroom has a wonderful King platform bed with modern gold side lamps and white end tables, an eye-catching tropical rug, and a royal green suede armchair. with a mounted Smart App TV. The Primary has direct views of the gorgeous pool deck!
The 2nd Bedroom has a royal blue fabric upholstered Queen bed with a corner armchair, dresser and mounted Smart app TV.
The 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds, a desk, chair and smart TV with plenty of closet space. It's a great private setting for the remote worker/ student.
The Bathrooms
The Primary bathroom sits just off the Primary bedroom with a double white & dark wood vanity, double LED lit mirrors and step in rain shower.
The 2nd Bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 & 3. It has a single modern white & dark wood vanity and combination tub/shower.
Washer/ Dryer
There is a washer & dryer in the house and we supply all the detergents and cleaning products needed.
The Outdoors
There is access through the dining room to the outdoors. There is outdoor dining for 4, a large gas BBQ grill and bright green new turf. The Pool is the best feature, its heated (upon request and fee) and the outside is decorated with the soft glow of string lights for a romantic evening with family and friends. The outdoors is a lovely place to relax and unwind in a quiet tranquil setting. The pool may be heated by request and a daily fee is charged
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
AC Usage Guidelines:
1. Do not set the AC unit below 68°F to avoid the risk of it freezing over.
2. Please ensure all windows, doors, and sliders remain closed while the air conditioner is in use to prevent the unit from freezing over.
3. Ideally, set the AC to 72°F or higher when leaving the home to maintain efficiency and protect the unit from potential issues.
Things to Note:
Must be 25 or older to book.
Please note that the pool heating is available upon request. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to bring the water to the ideal temperature before your arrival. Kindly submit your request through the booking platform.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
Pets are welcome! We do charge a non-refundable pet fee per pet. Max 2 dogs. No cats.
