This country style home is a great place for families or group trips! Owner lives in the master suite that has its own entrance and nothing is shared. gravel driveway is for Airbnb guests, and brick driveway is reserved for the homeowner.
This is a great neighborhood and the house is steps away from The Bill Moss Hillcrest Paseo Park! The streets are very walkable no matter what time of the day. Many families go on night walks after dinner with their dogs! There are also bike paths that lead up to City Place. The best words to describe the vibe here is "peaceful" and "authentic". The House is cute and has southern charm like most houses here. We are close to the I-95 entrance (north/south bound), as well as to Southern Blvd (east/west bound). These are the most direct and fastest routes to take to anywhere.
