Upon entering the home, you will find a nice spacious living room with hardwood floors that flows easily into the kitchen.
The bedrooms both offer comfortable queen beds. The master bedroom has closet space, while the second room contains a desk.
The laundry room is located off the kitchen for your washing and drying needs.
While the backyard is still a work in progress, this area is accessible to guests.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entirety of the property, with the exception of the occupied studio apartment and shed located in the backyard.
Guests will have sole use of the driveway during their stay.
Other things to note
Safety is my number one priority! With that in mind, this structure does have stair-entry for both the front and rear entrances. So please watch your step!
The property boasts the classic Floridian coconut palm trees! While the coconuts are always fun for visitors and vacation photos, the coconuts will fall to the ground! With that in mind, please exercise caution when within range of the coconuts.
