Entire rental unit. Amazing Private Florida Guest room +Bath with Pool

You +your guest will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Casita. The backyard will give you true tropical vibes for you to get much needed R+R. Located just 1 Block from the Intracoastal and top WPB destinations. Across from Phipps Public Park, 2 miles away from West Palm Airport, Downtown WPB, Shops and Restaurants, Convention Center, City Place + the Kravis Center for Performing Arts to just name a few. Palm Beaches + Ithink Amphitheater are a quick 10 minutes away.

The space
Your room situated privately with its own entrance on the right side of the house with the green door (left) and keyless entry. The code will be sent to you in your email once you book. It’s set to the last 4 of your phone # associated with Airbnb.

NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME

You will enjoy your own full bath and a mini fridge/freezer with a microwave and Keurig for coffee or tea. Closet is stocked with two beach chairs that are backpack style with a soft sided cooler, beach umbrella + beach bag (beach towels are in bath vanity) . Please only use beach towels for pool and bath towels for bathroom.

There is a door that joins the room to the main house, but it will be deadbolted on my side and locked from inside your area as well. My dogs may bark if there’s somebody first entering the house or if they hear a noise, but they are super friendly and if you’re lucky + dog friendly I’m happy to introduce you. The backyard is a shared space with me when I'm not traveling or working. Otherwise I will leave you be to enjoy the serene space.

Guest access
The backyard oasis awaits with pool floats, hammock, couch, BBQ grill + lush plants to fulfill that R+R or kids that want that true Florida experience. Swimming and access to patio is at your own risk. NO GLASS or PARTIES. Pool is only welcome to those guests listed on reservation.

Enter through the gate that says West Palm Casita on the same side (right side of house) as your entrance to the room – don’t worry they are friendly and love kids and they will only be in the backyard if they’re doing a quick potty break and should be done quickly afterwards. If you want to use the BBQ (I keep utensils inside) - just let me know and I will provide them in your room when you book.

If enjoying the backyard- please use plastic cups for any glass bottled drinks. This just keeps Us both from dealing with messy accidents. I’ve put a few plastic cups in the bathroom vanity along with plates + utensils. Please dispose of all food in trash bags located in bathroom vanity + place garbage in brown garbage bin outside.

The front yard has a large grass area.

Other things to note
Beach ready room with supplies to be successful at the beach during your visit. Please rinse off with fresh water (hose is out back) or hang towel to dry outside. Also, an adult bike is available for use upon request with a bike lock. Getting around this area is super easy + highly recommend biking around for some amazing exercise + scenery. 1 block east you will find a trail along the intercoastal which is amazing to run/walk/bike along.

Family owned Boutiques, Antiques + Restaurants all within walking distance.

Howley's is a diner 50 ft or so from house. They are open early and late almost 24 hours + everything is cooked there. SoSo is also walkable from Casita + has healthy options. If you fond yourself hungry after hours Havana is .9 miles south + is open 24 hours.

Phipps Public Park is across the street with two playgrounds, a running/walking trail, baseball fields, tennis, racquetball skatepark + field for soccer and great place to take dogs.

1 blocks east of house is an exercise trail along the intracoastal taking you to amazing views of awesome houses, boats, to Downtown West Palm and over to Palm Beach Island if you please.

Palm Beach Atlantic College is 2 miles south
The Square (Cityplace): Restoration Hardware, Plants, Lulu Lemon + Movie Theater is 3 miles north near downtown. a quick bike ride or car ride away. For Vegan restaurant options I love Planta, True Kitchen + Sweet greens.

Brightline train station is located in The Square < 2 miles away--taking you conveniently to Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale , Aventura+ Miami with ease. (soon to Orlando + Tampa) Be sure to buy the premium pass for free Uber rides, drinks (alcohol too) + snacks! I will be happy to give suggestions on places to visit.

Trirail station is not too far either- giving you access to all over the state- slowly and frugally. Def easy to and from FTL + MIA airports.about $8 to Miami airport. Train Schedule is online.
