The space
Antique Row Efficiency is a small, clean apartment with a queen bed, smart tv, wifi, and kitchenette. There is a full size refrig, coffee maker, electric fry pan kitchen essentials. No Stove, fyi. There is a shared laundry off the back terrace which is behind the carriage house. The apartment is in the Carraige House/Garage at the end of the driveway. Street Parking only.
(The rental is Not the House at the sidewalk. Just walk to end of driveway, enter back garden thru gate on Left and apt door is on Right. The Apartment is the 1st Floor of the Garage.)

Guest access
There is a small terrace with chairs and small tables outside the door of the apartment for use by you and guests. And there is a terrace behind the carriage house/garage with table and chairs. Also chairs on lawn. (The deck attached to the house is the for the house only)

Other things to note
The apartment is in the carriage house/garage which is at the end of the driveway and behind the house. There will other be other guests on the property, above you and also in the house in front of the carriage house.
Street parking is Mostly Very Easy. No guarantees. You must be able to parallel park. You can park close to driveways but No Blocking.

We are in the Antique Row neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Please know that West Palm Beach is a city and that the airport is close by, as is the train track. We are a designated Quiet Zone for trains, but you will hear a horn for life-or-death warnings and you can hear or feel them rolling along. Dixie Highway is just at the end of the street, so there are cars, busses, and sometimes emergency vehicles to be heard. You will see people walking on the sidewalk. The houses are close to the street and near each other. I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows ahead of time that West Palm is a city and that our neighborhood includes city noises, i.e. planes, trains, busses, cars, etc. You can walk to Dunkin, the diner, etc. Antique Row is the most accessible and most walkable area of WPB. Several restaurants and shops are within walking. Everything else, including downtown Clematis Street, Palm Beach and beaches are all a short drive. Thanks for reading. A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
