What to Expect:
- This is a boutique-hotel style property with shared outdoor space and just three small suites. Guests are quiet and respectful of others on the property.
- Suite B is a cozy yet functional 275-sq ft space.
- I (Lauren) live in the front villa part of the year and I’m available for issues, questions or emergencies. If I see you I like to say hi ☺️ But your stay will feel quiet and peaceful.

In-Suite Amenities Include:
- spa shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner
- hair dryer
- stocked kitchen with: full size refrigerator, dishes, cookware, microwave, 2-burner hot plate, air fryer, organic coffee (electric brew or kettle w French Press), sugar, creamer, and spices.
- lush queen bed
- smart TV

About the Neighborhood:
This is an older, charming neighborhood that’s incredibly safe (no crime here!). The location is unbeatable—less than a mile from the Intracoastal and the Mar-a-Lago bridge to Palm Beach Island.

• 👥 Shared Spaces: The guesthouse is approached through a shared driveway - you'll find Suite B at the back building on the right hand side, situated with perfect pool views 😌

You’ll have the whole suite to yourself — a comfy spot to kick back and relax. Shared outdoor amenities include bikes, a BBQ grill, and beach gear for you to enjoy during your stay.

RE: cancellations:

I am understanding of the need to cancel when plans change or life happens. Regardless of my cancellation policy shown on Airbnb, I offer a refund when the dates you've booked are re-booked by someone else. If your plans change, the best thing to do is cancel right away through Airbnb so the dates are open for others to book. As soon as I get another booking, I send the request to Airbnb for your full refund. ☺️
