Sunny, Mediterranean, historic home on the water block of the El Cid Historic District. 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths in the main house only. The guest house/garage is not part of the rental, but guests have exclusive access to the pool and side yard. The large, extremely private, and fenced in/gated lot features a tropical yard and heated saltwater pool. Free, no-permit, on-street parking.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, exclusive use of the pool, and exclusive use of the private side yard. The yard and pool is to the side of the house, while the guest house is to the rear of the property offering maximum privacy. The guest house, and garage are not accessible, and are occupied.
Other things to note
I am currently living in the guest house during my transition to Florida full-time. It also enables me to ensure the property is properly maintained for guests during their stay. Please note, I respect all guests privacy, but I'm happy to assist, if needed.
The house is not suitable for handicap access.
There are two chaise lounges, and a small table in between. There is also an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, and an outdoor gas grill.
TV service is provided by the YouTube TV App on Apple TV. Channels include most local, and national cable channels. You can also sign into your Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu accounts, etc. on the Apple TV. There are two TV’s. One downstairs, and one upstairs.
Internet is fast, and reliable. The whole property has high-speed WiFi.
There are 4 Amazon Echo Dot (4th Generation) smart speakers in the house. 3 downstairs, and 1 upstairs. Alexa can play music for you, adjust the temperature, give you a weather report, restaurant recommendation or set a wakeup alarm for you. For people uncomfortable with smart speakers in the house they can either be unplugged or the microphones can be turned off on each speaker directly. I'm happy to assist with whatever the guest prefers.

Cancellation policy
A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
