💦 Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for $50/day. If you'd like the pool pre-heated for your arrival, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.
🐾 Pets Allowed:
A pet fee of $125 per pet applies, with a maximum of three (3) pets allowed per reservation. All pets must be house-trained and non-shedding. Pets that do not meet these requirements are not permitted. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets throughout their stay and are financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs resulting from their pets. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances due to common guest allergies.
👥 Guest Limit:
A maximum of 22 overnight guests are permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 22 people must receive prior host approval. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level out of respect for our neighbors. West Palm Beach quiet hours are 10pm-10am and noise is to be minimal during this time.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages.
