This home is the quintessential mid modern century Florida block home! Open floorplan, clean, and well maintained. 1 king sized bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 double sized beds in the second bedroom, and a double sized pull-out couch in the living room, fitting 5 people comfortably. The main house has 1 full bathroom and the second bathroom is through the garage. I do not recommend showering in that bathroom but toilet functions perfectly. Washer and dryer are in the garage. 1 parking space is available in the driveway. Please DO NOT park on the grass. This is a narrow street so a second car is not recommended. 1 bicycle is available in the garage.
