The cottages were built in the 1950s and are located on a historic Mediterranean Revival property from 1925. Inspired from Palm Beach Regency and Slim Aarons "Palm Beach Idyll" Photography which presents an iconic time-capsule of a bygone era. Amenities include:

Outdoor
Brimming with lush landscaping, swaying palm trees and native plants, this outdoor retreat is completely private and makes you feel like you’ve stepped into your own tropical oasis. Salt water pool access, calming pool fountain, designer lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, garden views, outdoor seating, outdoor dining table, BBQ gas grill.

Guest access
Our guest will have full access to the entire studio and backyard garden terrace. Please note, the backyard pool and garden area are shared with the other guests staying at the adjacent rentals (Pink Palm Cottage and house).

Security
Private gated property with a 4 pin access code which will be provided to guests in advance.

BBQ Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk and you must assume liability. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Propane tank must be turned off after use. Guests be charged a $50 cleanup fee if the grill is not cleaned.

Pets
One well behaved pet under 25 pounds is welcome for an additional fee. Contact hostess to learn more. Please let me know the size, type of breed and if there are any behavioral issues. There is another small dog at the property so your pet must be gentle and well behaved around other animals and people otherwise we will ask you to board the dog elsewhere. Guests must clean up after your pet

Bike rentals
Townie bikes and locks are available for a daily rental fee. Contact the hostess to learn more.

Photo shoots and special events
The Pink Palm can accommodate special events or photoshoots as an experience. Contact the hostess to learn more. Additional fee may apply.

**The Jasmine Villa and backyard pool area are not childproof. Please get prior approval to bring an infant, toddler or child on the property. Parents must watch children at all times and assume liability!**

POOL- the cottages walk out directly to the backyard pool deck. There is not a child safety gate or net around the pool- children are to be supervised at all times and not left unattended in the backyard.

PLEASE NO SMOKING
***No glass dishes allowed in the backyard for safety seasons. There are plastic plates and cups provided for outdoor dining and drinking*** There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property...this includes inside the cottages, the pool and patio area and inside the ga†ed compound.

Outdoor guests not allowed without permission.

Guest access
Your cottage is completely private and will not be shared. Please note, the backyard pool and garden area are shared with the other guests staying at the adjacent rentals (Pink Palm House & Studio). There is enough space for everyone to enjoy the beautiful property !
