This home is Handicapped Accessible, & can accommodate Single Level Living. The home DOES have 2 steps up the porch to the Front Door. The Guests will have access to our entire home including the Garage where the Washer & Dryer is located.

If you walk 1 Block or 3 houses down to Gettler's Park & the Palm Beach Sailing Club, you can take Paddle Boards & Kayaks right in the Bay next to the Marina directly next to where they dock the $100 Million Dollar Yachts that are in Town!
Also the owner keeps a Harley Davidson Motorcycle in the Garage. Please respect the owner's personal property & do not remove the cover. There is a picture of the bike on the wall in case you are curious as to what it looks like. Please note, while there are no Cameras in the home, there is 1 Camera in the garage on the Motorcycle as well as another one in the front driveway for Security!!!
