GETTING AROUND A car or rideshare is recommended for this property — Uber and Lyft are very active in the area and typically arrive in under 5 minutes. Nearest grocery store: Presidente Supermarket (~3 min drive). Nearest pharmacy: CVS (~5 min drive). Peanut Island park and boat launch: ~5 min. Clematis Street dining and nightlife: ~15 min. Palm Beach Island and beach access: ~20 min. 📌Self-check-in from 4 PM | Check-out at 11 AM Quiet hours: 10 PM–10 AM — please be respectful of neighbors Approved pets only — no pets on furniture, unattended, or unapproved Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay) Only approved pets are permitted, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and aren’t left unattended or unapproved No smoking inside the home No parties or unauthorized guests Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and in the patio/pool area for the safety and security of our guests and property. No interior cameras are present. Pool Heating Fee - A $25/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival. Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions. – Because pool heating is an optional paid add-on and not a standard amenity, availability and performance may vary based on weather conditions. Lost & Found Policy: Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible. Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics. Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period.
