• Only 10 minutes to Palm Beach Island, Singer Island Beach, downtown West Palm Beach, Clematis Street, Nancy M. Graham Centennial Square, and the Kravis Center
• Short walk to Northwood Village, home to bars, restaurants, and art shops

Please note that garden is shared with other properties located at the rare. The house guests have a designated outdoor space with a private Jacuzzi.

Property has 2 bikes, one small size and one large. Please contact the management for availability and usage details.
JACUZZI:
Cover must be pleased back after every use; failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee. The Jacuzzi must be used art your own risk, and you must assume liability
SUPPLIES:
Starter kit is provided to start your stay. Guests are responsible for additional items during longer stays.
GARBAGE:
Garbage bins are located in the back alley behind the rear cottage.
PARKING:
Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the gate.
PARTIES AND EVENTS:
Parties are not permitted unless by prior request and approval.
PLEASE NO SMOKING on the site and at the premises.
PET WASTE:
Please respect our garden, as we work hard to keep it clean. We ask that you walk your pets outside of the property perimeter or in the park located at the corner of our street. Please note that guests will be penalized $100 for any violations.
Please note that due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation
