The Sunshine Beach house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of West Palm Beach. The street is made of brand new and colorful villas.
✔ Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✔ This listing is equipped with a "Minut Home Sensor" noise monitoring device located in the kitchen ceiling near the refrigerator. It's purpose to is detect excessively high decibels to prevent parties. It is not a camera. It monitors the noise levels, humidity, and motion.
✔ This listing is equipped with an ADT security alarm that guests may choose to use during their stay. The alarms' motion detector is located in the living room on the right hand corner of the wall (by the sofa). The purpose of the motion detector is to detect mouvements when the alarm is activated. This devise is not a camera.
✔ There are 2 outdoor security camera surveillance (one in the front of the house and one in the back). Unplugging the cameras will result in a $500 fine.
✘ There is no indoor cameras! Only the two outdoor cameras mentioned above.
✘ Unfortunately due to owner severe allergy, no animals are allowed, this includes all pets, support animals and service animals. We’re sorry you won’t be able to take your fluffy friends with you.
✘ We ask that you do not smoke inside the house, please.
✘ Our neighbors are nice people, we ask our guests to not have parties or events.
