This recently remodeled house is the perfect location for a family getaway or couples retreat. Open kitchen with new wood kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances with all necessary utensils and amenities to enjoy a great breakfast or a lovely dining experience. After a long day come and relax in our contemporary living room equipped with a 4k 50'' smart tv to watch your favorite tv shows.All rooms beautifully decorated in Palm Beach style so you feel like you're in Florida. All rooms equipped with brand new King and Queen beds and New mattresses, lamps with and tables with charging connectors for your devices to make your stay as comfortable as possible so you can relax & and enjoy Palm Beach!
You and your family/friends will have access to the entire house. This house has been remodeled and designed especially for vacation rentals. No owner personal items held at the premises. Access includes Patio and playroom on the covered porch. The back of the house has The Chillingworth Park with tennis and basketball courts, and a kid's playground as well.

Unique location close to everything in Palm Beach, airport , beaches just 10-15 min driving east, also the Palm Beach Outlets just 3 min driving from the house . Kravis , Convention center & the recent remodeled Rosemary Square and Clematis street.
Getting around
Easy to commute to I-95 and Fl. Turnpike, you may take an Uber from/to the house if you want to get around Downtown West Palm Beach,Convention Center, Kravis Center, or Palm Beach Outlets. The distance to these places is relatively short (around 1-mile distance and less than 3 min drive). But walking to these places is not recommended due to the sun and heat during the day (around 90 degrees Fahrenheit.) you don' t want to be sweating when you arrive. You may use this Uber discount code roba690. Around $5usd per trip due to the short distance. If you want to move further distances we recommend to rent a car or take a train. If you want to go to Fort Lauderdale or Miami or anywhere in between you may take the train (Tri-Rail) of course if you don't want to drive. The closet train station is downtown West Palm Beach & as we mentioned before it's only a 4 min distance from the house. The ticket train to Miami is $6.90 USD each way. It's clean & safe to travel using the train. It may take up to 2 hrs to get to Miami due to the frequent stops though. (see train schedules and fares at Tri-Rail) If you want to travel faster from or to Miami with less stops and more comfortability you may use BrightLine fast train. The ticket fee is slighter higher than the Tri-Rail but it's worth it! (Around 15usd each way)
If you're coming by air, you're also a 5 min. drive to the Palm Beach International Airport. You may take an Uber for a few bucks as well.
The Property has fast internet (up to 180mbps), 4k smart tv with sling tv service with integrated apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video and other apps (use your login).

COVID-19 update: So far I have not hosted any guests who have the virus or symptoms.
We do not have lots of turnovers and only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, so our protocol:
-Home deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners provided with gloves, N95 masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
-Backup cleaners in case one falls ill.
-Any updates and changes I'll communicate promptly.
