The property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and just about 5 minutes by car. The room is fairly small, equipped with a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table, and unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly. Additionally, the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the condition of the facilities, the price seemed exorbitant. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space felt unreasonable. I hope future guests see a more reasonable pricing structure and the addition of more amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment was cozy and well-equipped. The complex features a lovely pool and a fitness center that I enjoyed using. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely consider returning. Just a small note – the place looked a tad different from the photos, but it didn't detract from my experience.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be configured into two singles or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and includes everything you need, from a stove to a modern sink and countertop. The bathroom has also been renovated and features thoughtful elements like a dimmer for the lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, plus great air conditioning, it stays comfortable no matter the weather. The closet is well-organized with ample storage options. There’s also a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking which is very convenient. The property manager was attentive, responding promptly to our inquiries and addressing a few minor concerns with ease. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an unforgettable time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It easily accommodated our group of 13, providing ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The two separate guest houses offered us the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous, ideal for capturing beautiful memories. Plus, the location was fantastic - just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

Our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, but the host was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange everything for us in under a day. They greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the property, and encouraged us to reach out if we required any assistance. We received fantastic recommendations for nearby beaches, dining spots, and things to do. Overall, a wonderful stay!
