Entire rental unit. Beautiful One-bedroom Apartment With Access to Boat Dock

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it an ideal spot for a family getaway. The pool was nice, though the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly for swimming. We ended up enjoying the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer good privacy if needed. Keep in mind that the house has some age, so there are a few signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't working properly, with the freezer barely colder than the fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs could be tricky for some, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor, which I wouldn’t recommend for those with mobility challenges, especially since there are no bathing facilities downstairs. Overall, the pricing was reasonable for the area, especially if you're sharing costs with other families.
