I would give the host all the stars for their hospitality, but there were a few minor issues with the unit that need addressing. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of one of the tubs left a bit to be desired. The towels could also use an upgrade. Overall, a lovely stay, but some improvements could be made.

We arrived at the property around 1:00 PM and were excited to start our vacation. However, check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, and when we arrived, we were informed that it would take longer due to the cleaning staff still being present. After several inquiries, we finally got access at around 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with contractors installing tile until late in the evening. They even left construction debris, including a used toilet and sink, in the kitchen during our stay. We felt there was a lack of communication and no apology for the delays. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience but was told the owner would need to review it, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to book with them again.
