Entire rental unit. Newly Furnished Appartment for Rent

The rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was fairly small, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the condition of the facilities, I found the price to be incredibly high. I was relieved that Airbnb's policy allowed for a full refund, but spending over $300 felt unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the host considers adjusting the pricing and enhancing the facilities in the future.

This Airbnb is truly fantastic! We spent an entire month here and relished every moment. The location couldn't be better. It's under 10 minutes from the airport without any noise disturbance, just a short stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts delightful restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area and have a great time. The host was remarkable, making everything so straightforward. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, help was sent over immediately, and it was taken care of swiftly. This Airbnb is cozy, roomy, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors are friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to smooth out the situation. They have several properties and are incredibly reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of the host's other listings to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

However, the building shows some age; the carpets could definitely use a deep cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with some peeling leather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a cozy spot with great access to the attractions, though it could use some improvements.
