While my experience with the host was fantastic and definitely deserving of a five-star rating, there were a few issues with the unit itself. There was a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host quickly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. Also, the towels provided could be upgraded as they weren't very soft. The property manager should consider replacing those.

The location was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I expected, taking over 30 minutes to walk and only about 5 minutes by car. The room was small, containing just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table, which felt a bit cramped. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen lacked essential amenities. Given the price, I found it to be quite unreasonable for what was offered. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but I still feel that over $300 is excessive considering the space and facilities. I hope the price becomes more reasonable and that more features are added in the future.

Our family spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and it was an excellent choice. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with how central everything was. Many attractions were just a short drive away, and we even found some places within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of safety, which we really appreciated. This property is a charming century-old house with a spectacular pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus for our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. A new washer and dryer would be a good update, and some of the pillows could be upgraded for comfort. Overall, this is an outstanding choice for large groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to have lunch before our scheduled check-in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00 pm, we were informed that it would take a bit longer as the cleaning staff were still at work. After multiple inquiries, we finally got access to the property around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, we found ongoing repairs in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and workers were tiling the floor until nearly 9:30 pm. Additionally, there was a used toilet and sink as well as a plunger left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We did not receive any apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the delayed check-in and issues we faced but was told the host would need to check with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to rent from this property again.

The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries. Coordinating the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but they handled it with ease! Their communication made our rental experience so much smoother, which is vital when booking an Airbnb. The house was just as described, with one exception: the oven was out of order. However, the host arrived promptly to assess the situation and confirmed the stovetop was functioning fine. Since our visit was primarily for a wedding, we didn't rely on cooking extensive meals. We truly valued our interactions with the host, and we were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras they provided. A big thank you to them! We look forward to booking properties managed by them in the future.
