We had a fantastic last-minute getaway that exceeded our expectations! The apartment came with parking, which was a huge plus. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we loved how close it was to all the essentials. Just a quick two-minute stroll to Starbucks and nearby shops, plus live music venues! While some furnishings like the couch showed a bit of wear, the breathtaking view from the sliding glass door made us forget all about it.
The owner was absolutely exceptional in every way.

I had to make a last-minute trip to West Palm for work and was fortunate to find this place for a month-long stay. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed. The complex is quite large, but the host gave me a thorough tour to help me get settled. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests, fully functional, and impeccably clean.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab some lunch and check in by 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that it would be delayed a bit as the cleaning staff was still working. After multiple inquiries, we finally gained access to the property around 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, we found that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and the workers were still there fixing the tile. The last of the work continued until about 9:30 PM, and they left behind a used toilet and sink in the kitchen area throughout our stay. We didn't receive any apologies or offers to rectify the situation. I even inquired about a possible refund for the hassles, but was told the host would have to discuss it with the owners, and I never got a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider booking here again.

The accommodation was much farther from the convention center than I expected, taking over 30 minutes by foot and only 5 minutes by car. The room itself was quite small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was out of order and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Considering the location and facilities, the price felt quite steep. I was relieved that the 100% refund policy of Airbnb applied, but paying over $300 seemed excessive for what was offered. I hope the pricing adjusts to be more reasonable and that more amenities are added in the future.

The accommodation was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal spot. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only minor note is that the interior didn’t exactly match the photos, but it wasn't a big deal.
