The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or just about 5 minutes by car. The room was also on the smaller side, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price, I expected more in terms of both location and facilities. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund, as per Airbnb's policy, but the price of over $300 seemed excessive considering what was offered. I hope to see a more reasonable rate and additional amenities in the future.

This property was the perfect gathering place for my family! I can’t recommend it enough, just be sure to check the pool's condition shortly before you arrive. Unfortunately, we missed out on a fun day by the grill because the pool needed some maintenance and was discolored. The management took care of the issue quickly with their pool service, so I'm sure it won’t be a problem for future guests. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. Truly a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay with a fantastic location.

The location was fantastic, situated in a safe neighborhood that was perfect for our family getaway. It was spacious enough for several families to enjoy together. Although the pool was a bit chilly due to the heater not functioning, we really enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool were cozy, offering a nice touch of privacy when needed. Being an older property, it does show a bit of wear, which we were prepared for. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn't seem to be working well, with the freezer barely cold enough to keep ice from melting. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be an issue for those with mobility challenges as there are no bath or shower facilities down there. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when costs were divided among the families.

Our stay here for work was absolutely fantastic! The space was ample and the beds offered both comfort and cleanliness. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent additional space and gave everyone their own bathroom, which was a great convenience. We really enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by trees, although we did have to use the nets provided to keep it clean. The waterfall feature added a soothing sound at night as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Clematis St and City Place, where there are so many great bars and restaurants, plus the beach is close by. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to return in the future if the property is available!

We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm, expecting to check in at 4:00 pm after grabbing some lunch. Unfortunately, when we reached out at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, which delayed our check-in. After several attempts to get an update — including a request at 5:49 pm and another at 7:02 pm — we were finally let in around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we noticed ongoing repairs from a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers actively tiling the floor, which continued until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, there was construction debris, including a used toilet and sink, left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We received no apology for the inconveniences, and my request for a partial refund due to the late check-in and these issues went unanswered. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from this host again.
