This rental is in a prime location within a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for families traveling together. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater seemed to be out of order, so it was a bit chilly. Fortunately, the hot tub was a great alternative! The guest suites near the pool are small but offer a nice touch of privacy. Do keep in mind that the property has some age, which comes with a few signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn’t function well, with the freezer not being cold enough, leading to melted ice. The stairs might be tricky for some guests, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues since there's no bath or shower on that level. Despite these quirks, it’s a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among several families.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfectly suited for individuals, couples, or even close friends since the bed can be arranged as two twins or a king. The location is ideal, placing you close to all the attractions in WPB. I loved the renovated kitchen, which includes everything you need like a stove, fridge, and modern countertops and sink. The bathroom has been updated as well, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for a cozy ambiance. The bedroom and living area both have ceiling fans to complement the great air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The closet space is impressive, equipped with plenty of racks and bars for storage. Plus, there’s access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is handy if you're traveling with a larger group and the main house is also available for rent. The property manager was very responsive and efficiently handled a couple of minor concerns we had. All in all, this place met all our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.
