This property is situated in a fantastic area, making it easy to explore. I had great communication with Mark, who was very responsive. However, the building does show its age; the carpets could really use a good cleaning and some of the furniture is a bit worn out with peeling upholstery. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay overall. It was a cozy spot in an ideal location, just with a few imperfections.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends since the bed can easily be converted into twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom has also been renovated and includes nice features like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans, plus the air conditioning works wonderfully to keep things comfortable. The closet is well organized, providing great storage options. Access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, was convenient and shared with the main house, which is also available as a rental for larger groups. Kevin, our host, was quick to respond and handled a couple of small issues very well. Overall, the place met our expectations and we’d be happy to stay here again.
