This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach! It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends, as the bed can be configured as twins or a king. Its central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom too has been refurbished with some nice details like a dimmer switch for a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room help keep the place comfortable alongside the effective air conditioning. The well-organized closet offers ample storage space, and there's a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is a bonus. The host was very responsive and took care of a couple of small issues we had promptly. All in all, this property met our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

What a fantastic last-minute getaway we had! This cozy apartment exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, and having parking available was a huge plus. It's conveniently located within a short stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While some furnishings, like the couch, show signs of use, the stunning views from the window and sliding door make you quickly forget about those small details.
