We had a fantastic experience celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It was spacious enough for our group of 13, with an abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms that made everything comfortable. The two guest houses allowed us to have some privacy while still being close enough to enjoy each other's company. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this wonderful apartment! It truly made our stay so enjoyable. The convenience of having a parking space was a big plus, along with a fantastic host who made us feel right at home. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short stroll away – just a couple of minutes to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furniture, like the couch, showed signs of wear, it didn't bother us at all. The breathtaking view from the window and sliding door completely overshadowed those minor details.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! It was a last-minute booking, and we were thrilled to find such a great spot. The apartment offers parking, and the host was incredibly accommodating. Everything you might need is within a short walk, including a Starbucks just two minutes away, along with shopping and live music venues. While some aspects of the apartment show wear, like the couch, the stunning view from the window and sliding glass door quickly overshadow any minor imperfections.

The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt safe, making it ideal for our multi-family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater was out of order, but the hot tub was a wonderful alternative! The guest studios near the pool are compact yet offer a nice touch of privacy. Keep in mind this is an older property, so some areas show signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning as expected, with the freezer barely cold enough to keep ice solid. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be a challenge for anyone with mobility concerns. There's no bath or shower in the main living area either. Overall, the price was reasonable for the location, especially when shared among several families.
