After our initial reservation fell through unexpectedly, I was relieved to find this lovely property. The host responded promptly and had us booked in under a day. Upon arrival, they greeted us and provided a thorough tour of the home, ensuring we knew we could reach out for anything we might need. They also shared some fantastic recommendations for nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The host was incredibly accommodating, helping us out at nearly 10 PM when we found ourselves in a bind with another Airbnb that wasn't prepared for our arrival. Thankfully, we were able to check in last minute, and everything was perfect at this property. Highly recommend!

Our team had a fantastic stay here for our project. The accommodation was spacious, with comfortable beds that made for restful nights. The two cottage rooms at the back offered great additional space and privacy with their own bathrooms. We loved the pool area, which was surrounded by lush trees. We did find it necessary to use the nets provided to tidy it up a bit, but we still enjoyed swimming when the weather was nice. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It's conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach is close by. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely consider coming back if it's available next time.
