We were in a bit of a bind late at night when our original Airbnb didn't meet our expectations. Fortunately, the owner was incredibly accommodating and helped us check in around 10 PM. Everything was perfectly set up, and we had a great stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a last-minute solution!
We arrived in town earlier than expected, landing around 1:00 PM, and thought we could enjoy a meal before checking in at the scheduled 4:00 PM time. Unfortunately, at 4:00, we learned from the owner that the cleaning team was still working, and our check-in would be delayed. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, we reached out but received no response. Finally, around 7:02 PM, we asked again and were told they would get back to us. It took until about 7:45 PM to get access to the property. Once inside, we discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still on-site tiling the floor, which was quite disruptive as they were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, used plumbing fixtures were left sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology or any effort to address the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never got a follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing and would deter me from booking with them again.

Despite our flight being delayed, they went out of their way to be at the property upon our arrival to give us a warm welcome and show us around. I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm for a month, and this place served as the perfect home base. The host was incredibly helpful and kept in touch from the moment I landed. The building is quite spacious, but with the host's guided tour, I quickly felt at home. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, with everything functioning perfectly and it was impeccably clean throughout my stay.
