We had a great stay at this spacious rental with our group for the weekend. While there were a few minor concerns, like a hot tub that could use some cleaning and a few cracks in the main floor, overall, it matched the description perfectly and our experience was quite enjoyable. I would definitely consider booking this place again.
This Airbnb was simply outstanding! We spent a whole month here and loved every moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport without any disturbance, a quick 2-minute stroll to an array of shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. It’s also only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you can find fantastic dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the area. The host was phenomenal, making everything incredibly straightforward. Whenever we had a minor issue, they sent someone over promptly to address it, which was fantastic. The accommodation was cozy, roomy, and fully equipped with everything we could want. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a wonderful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to help us out. With several listings, they are undoubtedly reliable and conscientious. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
I had to make a sudden work trip to West Palm and needed a comfortable place to stay for 30 days. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure to touch base with me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo is roomy for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was spotless upon arrival.
Our business trip was made much more enjoyable thanks to this lovely place. The accommodation was spacious, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two separate cottage rooms out back provided ample privacy with their own bathrooms, which was a fantastic feature. We appreciated the pool area, surrounded by lush trees; although we had to use the nets to keep it clear, we enjoyed swimming when the sun was out. The gentle sounds from the pool's waterfall were soothing in the evenings. The area was serene and felt very secure, and we even strolled to the nearby Publix for supplies. The location is just a stone's throw from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found plenty of dining and nightlife options, not to mention the beach nearby. The property manager was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. We can't wait to return in the future!

The apartment itself was very cozy, featuring two well-appointed en suite bedrooms and a pleasant living area. It offered a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
The property was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I anticipated; it took over 30 minutes to walk there and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was on the smaller side, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there weren't any kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, I found the price to be quite unreasonable. Thankfully, I received a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but the cost of over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope future guests can enjoy a more reasonably priced stay with better facilities.
