Charming private bedroom with ensuite bathroom in West Palm Beach's Downtown district

We arrived late, around 10 pm, and were in a bind after a previous Airbnb failed to have our apartment ready. Kevin really came through for us with a last-minute check-in, and we were delighted to find everything in order when we got there. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable place!

Upon our arrival, he greeted us and provided a thorough walkthrough of the property, encouraging us to reach out if we required anything. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

This guesthouse is a great find in the high-priced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for a single traveler, a couple, or two friends since the bed can be configured as twins or a king. The location is conveniently situated near all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a range, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom renovations feature thoughtful details, like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans for additional cooling, along with excellent air conditioning. The closet has a smart organization system that maximizes storage space. Plus, having access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking (shared with the main house) is a huge bonus, especially if you need extra space. Host Kevin was very responsive and addressed a few minor concerns promptly and positively. Overall, this property met all our needs, and we would definitely book with Kevin again.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! Mark was an exceptional host, always available and quick to address any questions I had. He showed great flexibility in accommodating everyone attending the event last minute. The studio was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The access to the swimming pool was a delightful bonus that helped soothe my tired legs after long hours of standing. I can't wait to return!
